I started this group so I could workout with my son and share my knowledge with other moms. This is an Outdoor Stroller fitness class during the summer months, and an indoor mom and baby class during the winter months. Coquitlam Mommy started with 9 women who had taken a prenatal class at Douglas College in the winter of 2010. After having our reunion to meet all the babies, we discovered that all of our group was wanting to get out, get active with the babies and share our experiences.
